6. SMS Communications
Where you or your customers provide a phone number through a Digimetrix-powered business, SMS messages may be sent including appointment confirmations, booking reminders, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notifications.
- Message frequency varies based on booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
- Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately.
- Help: reply HELP to any message for support information.
- SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service use.
- We do not share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Consent to receive SMS is obtained at the point of booking, either verbally during an AI agent call or via the web booking widget.
7. Data Sharing
We share personal data only where necessary with the following trusted third parties:

- Supabase — for secure database hosting and authentication.

Digimetrix AI's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only request access to Google Calendar data that is necessary to provide the booking and scheduling features of the Service.
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless required by law, or the user has given explicit permission.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the Service, or as required by law.
- We do not use Google user data for any purpose that is not disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the platform.
